Red Days Quick question

[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Tesco Healthy Living, Salmon Fillet in a Watercress Sauce with Potatoes & Broccoli, chilled 390g pack [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

which works out at 2 and half syns for a red day, now do I just syn all this, or do I add the potatoes to my HEB, as I still have one left??

You just calculate the whole product of syns which is....

yeah, unless you want to fish out the potatoes and weigh them, just syn it. It's only 2 and a half.
 
Don't fish out the potatoes as they may have been peeled and so would not count as a HE anyway. Go have something else for your B like a hifi bar or some toast. x

I did exactly that and had a hi-fi bar ...yummy:) Thanks guys for the replys
