im on day2 i drank 3 lit of water yesterday one bottle was tesco apple water (still) malic acid it says its 1cal per 250ml am i ok to be drinking a whole bottle a day x

yeah drink as many as you like as long as its got malic acid in and not citric acid

It might be worth comparing prices to current offers in the Supermarkets, as some of them are working out cheaper than Costco at the moment.

I love drinking coke out the small bottles, no idea why i just always have . Got a case of 24 of them for just under 15.00. I think the big bottles do sometimes work out cheaper at the supermarkets if they have an offer.
