Lastnight I really wanted to eat something or just chew something so I had a handfull of bran flakes... Will this effect kotosis? Im on day 6, getting weighed Fri morning! - If anyone has read my previous threads, I gave in and had a piece of chicken on day 3.... Im now really worried I wont lose anything on Friday!!? Any advice would be great x

I really dont know if it will effect ur weight loss. I should think you will have still lost some weight, good luck with ur WI :)

I doubt it will make much difference to the weight loss. Maybe a little extra water with the added glycogen.

The sticky is whether it makes a difference to you psychologically. Some people find that when they add a nibble, more keeps jumping in their mouths ;)

i wouldnt worry about it you need to eat 3500 cals to gain 1lb and i very much doubt what youve eaten is that amount and chick doesny have carbs in it so that wont knock you out of ketosis also you dont have to be in ketosis to lose weight look at weight watchers and slimming world those diets include carbs and more fat than this diet and people doing them still lose weight.

dont worry about it you will still lose if absolutely necessary and you need to chew something have protein that wont affect your loss very much xxx
