Like previous weeks, t went well up to the Friday. So why should last week beans different, a 50th for a very good friend, a surprise party in a pub. Full on fun, I even payed guitar and sung on the open mic stint..........


Good bits, the walking and jogging continued.

L. Carrot potato onion swede celery sticks chopped sweated in fry light, knorr chicken stock pot, mixed herbs, some baked bed and spaghetti thrown in.

D. Sw Singapore noodles with hex b of pork loin. Loads of veg added to noodles. 4 sys fr small amount of oil, ketchup, and BBQ sauce .

Banana, some boiled potato chipped in fry lite., satsuma, SW rice pudding with teaspoon of black currant am , (2 syns?) and activa yoghurt.

Some hex a on milk and to make Sw rice pudding. A curly wurly, 6 syns

Weighed in at 13'2'8 , much better than recent efforts. Pleased. Now I have to make some decisions on food and drink for this weekend , got my mums birthday celebration tonight and going to Quins v Munster for a great day out tomorrow.

I'm cooking the curry banquet for the birthday, some control over that and will have to go EE for the mix of carb and meat...... Lamb dopiaza and chicken korma ( will put some cream in , got syns to spare) will not eat the bahjees unless I make some from smash for me. Bombay potatoe, spinach bahjee and fragrant basmati rice.

Tomorrow, I will have to really work hard at having gin and slim line, gin and slim line , gin and slim line, gin and slim lime..............


Now getting v hungry , I can feel a big breakfast coming on... Beans eggs, mushrooms , a Linda McCartney sausage and a meat free burger 2 syns , no lean bacon in the house.........

Big day out on Sunday, didn't eat anything after breakfast, but then had a great day socialising at Harlequins v Munster .

So much for this, chucked it all away by letting go on Sunday at big rugby match and occasion and then later in week meeting up with a good friend who had just been home to Ireland to bury his mum. Result, 4llb gain 13'6!at weigh in this morning. I obviously care more about the socialising than the weight loss, it is more rewarding. Trouble is I could have a big social at least once a week ..... I climb back up and carry on. I can do it, I'm just finding it a challenge to be a bit selfish and do what I want,
