In the car to Bath and Gloucester, drop off at Bath for daughter and watch RL at Glos

B. Linda mc Rosemary red onion, mushroom, beans, peppers toms, 2 ww wm toasted , egg.



Late late lunch about 5 pm. Peri peri chicken and wedges, coleslaw, delicious, duet Pepsi, them mistakenly given full fat Pepsi ( will burn it off Sunday)

Nibble on some chicken curry and 3 onion bhajees. I'm out of control.....lol
 
Lol not as out of control as me! Sometimes things get in the way and we can't be good all the time. Enjoy your day :)

Keep forgetting to post weigh in...probably because I'm not happy with it.....gradually gone down from 13'4 to 13'1. Can't help but sneaky peek through week.....

Sunday

A sports gel and coffee begin 62 mile club bike ride

B. Poached eggs on white toast with butter , flat white coffee ,1 sugar. Isotonic sports drink in bottle

Energy gel and a geeky baby

Another gel at finish , electrolyte tablet in refil of bottle. Another very tough ride. Lower back was screaming.

L.......coffee... Then on cooking duties for roast chicken. Picking at swede and carrots. Come on Quins , hold it together , don't crack....
 
Monday

B. Porridge bran flakes banana, yoghurt

Then a colleague brought in a load of bagels for his birthday to make a change from cake! Had a chicken one! Doh...


L. Spinach, ginger , coriander, avocado crushed ice , Apple juice smoothie in Itsu, yum!


D. Bubble and squeak , egg, beans.

Mowing lawns and allotment in evening...absolutely knackered.

L. Chicken and turkey breast oven baked in foil with lemon, tikka powder and onions., salad, 2 syns salad cream


D. Chili con carne, flageolet beans in chili, carrots and onions, Schwartz mix between 4 , 1 syn? In bed of carrot ( pasta strip style, just with a peeler) and salad.

3.2 mile run
 
Whoop whoop, 12'12, in range and v pleased.

Friday

B. 2 weetabix, yoghurt some milk

L. Chicken breast, salad cottage cheese red pepper red onion, 2 syns salad cream

D. Salmon, hex b new spuds, stir fry fry lite veg, delicious.

1 Brazil nut.

Probably some fruit to come. Prepping bike for tomorrow's ride. Then watching Leeds v Warrington super league. Plenty of footy on as its ANZAC day down under, getting it all recorded! Wicked weekend ahead.
 
Saturday. Off plan


1 and half cross bun pre bike ride

54 miles, relatively easy ride, didn't fancy the hilly route with the fast inters, so went with the intermediates.

Cafe stop, eggs on toast coffee 1sugar


Post ride boiled egg sarnie and a bagel


Curry with the bike club Saturday evening

Chicken sizzler, small bhajee and samosa, a popadum, 4 pints lager. Not had a night out in ages, enjoyed it too.
 
Monday

B. Porridge, yoghurt, banana, handful muesli, 2 syns

L. Cottage cheese, salad crunchy leaves, pepper, cherry toms, Lmc red onion Rosemary sausage, Quorn meatballs, 2 syns salad cream.

D. Left over veg and roasts bubble and squeak, egg and beans. Brown sauce 2 syns

5 syns for some left over cauliflower cheese, picked at whilst cooking. A Brazil nut 1 or 2 syns . A glass of milk. Hex a and a couple of syns. 2 15 syns
 
I hope so happyholidays , not sure how this week is going to pan out. Already wracking syns up and had a host of people to entertain today....restaurant lunch, had a pint, stuck to meat and veg, v small amount of v crispy flat sauté potatoes...then my birthday Friday and bank holiday. Fingers crossed.

Tuesday Red B. Porridge no fat yoghurt, banana, handful bran flakes. 2 syns

L. V lean beef on skewer, carrots mange tout ( these could of had some butter on them, about 5 v small thin crispy sauté spuds, more like crisps, left the rest. 1 pint beer


D. To come. Chicken soup Chinese style, stock, ginger garlic, carrot sticks and spinach onions, soy , wine vinegar 5 spice.

Red

B. Boiled eggs 2 x www my Danish toasted with low fat phili and marmite

L. Slices of lean beef, left over boiled egg, left over chicken soup , not enough of anything.

25 mile bike ride with hills isotonic drink

D. Home made lean mince steak burger , heaps of leaf salad grated carrot gherkin, 4 syns for salad cream and horseradish

Bowl of strawberries in no fat Greek yog with sweetener.


Must be some more syns in there.
