still doing the loft , puting boards down its so hot up there you cant do to much . had to stop the loft to paint friends kitchen for her birthday pressent and brought a few extras for her , clock, shelf, cork board and some flowers for her window . she loved it , been on off plan as been busy still cant get to the scales yet , went out on thursday night got drunk wicked night out friends birthday drinks and had lots of fun

1 breakfast... porridge , 2 teas ,500ml water
lunch.... 100g haddock, with a sprinkle of pepper, cauli 150g and mushrooms 50g, 500ml water (1ltr)
dinner.... strawberry shake , 500ml water (1 1/2 ltrs)1 tea
snack.... veg soup , tea , 500mls water (2ltrs )
