well i knew i was off plan and was good earlier. had ham salad and a roll, and a pack of scampi fries lol. had a shake for tea... then ended up over my friends planning tomorrow with a glass of wine and small kebab meat - tut tut - no pitta tho haha x

tbh i just want to sts this week.. its been a hard few weeks for me lately so ive been looking forward to this weekend for a while so im gonna enjoy it and get back on track monday!

im not feeling guilty, its two days.. and the naughties are nothing like what id do normally so im still in control, its life at the end of the day!

its not gonna rule my life, its just helping improve it! :)

im off into Swansea with the girls... need a good giggle and to get dressed up! still happy with my dress (just tried it on lol and thats with a belly full of food!) so all is still well, unless i puff up overnight lol

Well i had a sneak wi this morning and nothing has gone on :) been to the gym this morning and bought myself food for dinner before I go out.

As long as I can beat the hangover munchies tomorrow, i actually feel i can pull off a little loss this week or at least sts.

Feeling very in control!!

Plus, my gym kit is hanging off me!!

I was knackered dont get me wrong! Didnt do as much as i would normally cos i felt a lil dizzy yesterday but needed to go and burn some calories to make up for the food!

Im excited about going out, purely to dress up and (hopefully) feel more confident than ever as i never do! Will get a pic up too cos this is the smallest ive been - reached 9 st 12 for about 3 days for my graduation 4 years ago - always seem to settle around 11 stone, except when i reached 10 st 5 last year xxx
