Really CROSS with myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so cross with myself I have exercised really hard this week, 5 wobble classes [vibroplates] and 2 trips to the gym and only lost 2lbs!

I have been doing ss supposedly, but have been having a few nuts unsalted pecan,brazil and almond and still in ketosis. Also had last Saturday off as we went to see friends down in Bournemouth but got straight back on Sunday.

Actually writing this down makes me realise I'm lucky to have lost 2lb!

I have lost 1 inch off my waist.

So I will stop feeling sorry for myself and get stuck in ss only then my losses should be greater. Sorry for my ramblings.

That's not so bad ! I'd be happy with that plus you had a good week three loss and often people seem to lose less week three. I'd count your blessings and carry on :)

I did a sneaky peek today and up 2lbs from yesterday which seems unfair as been 100% guess it must be just water?!

Right then Sis, firstly did you realise that you are actually just 1lb off your target loss for the July challange??

2lb great its a loss keep with it, you need to keep toned as well and well blinking done you!!!
