I am so cross with myself I have exercised really hard this week, 5 wobble classes [vibroplates] and 2 trips to the gym and only lost 2lbs!
I have been doing ss supposedly, but have been having a few nuts unsalted pecan,brazil and almond and still in ketosis. Also had last Saturday off as we went to see friends down in Bournemouth but got straight back on Sunday.
Actually writing this down makes me realise I'm lucky to have lost 2lb!
I have lost 1 inch off my waist.
So I will stop feeling sorry for myself and get stuck in ss only then my losses should be greater. Sorry for my ramblings.
