Two boiled eggs pre workout

Not sure what to have tonight, probably blend some egg whites into a shake n scoff some veggies

Packed shakes for today, too hot for meal packs Ug. Heading home(London) for jubilee weekend midweek, can't wait.

It's nice going home, iv been in cambs for 5 years now had 2kids, every time I turn the corner into mums I feel like iv been on a really long trip and am at home at last.....that.

Feeling good today, doing 30 day shred alongside my usual training. Legs are feeling it after deadlifts Phew!

Rest tonight, do the shred workout, tidy, help fiance with some bits then flake out!!

Londons brilliant, we went to "see the dinosaurs" at the history museum at Easter

Brilliant how you find time for all the exercise I miss my routine (so pushed for time these days) although it's nothing in comparison to yours.
 
Sometimes its hard to fit in. Work full time, studying law, juggling homelife but I try to slot in workouts, even if its just a run or doing pilates. Little bit of somethin LOL

Finally on way home, few jobs to do before relaxing!

Boiled, got a litre handy for bus home. Keep drinking, appetite always goes in got weather which is ace! Do baked eggs and salad tonite

The 30 day shred surprised me, thought it would be easy! Git nice and warm, loved the an work n compound moves. Nicely sore LOL (maybe I'm just barmy LOL feel the burn!)

Shred, she loves her plank position. Everytime I do it it triggers a pain in my shoulder after. I'm so glad to hear you found it hard as your a pro. X
