I have no idea - not even sure I will do AAM week tbh. I am going to see how I feel at the end of this week and then go from there.
 
Day 26 completed 100%. Been quite hungry today and almost had a 4th pack but decided to push through and didn't. Also felt a little faint this morning - not sure if it's because I went for a swim yesterday and was running in a calorie deficit.

Breakfast: chocolate caramel crunch
Lunch: red bean chilli
Dinner: chocolate coconut bar

Breakfast: lemon bar
Lunch: cherry almond bar
Dinner (AAM): chicken, mushrooms and broccoli
Dessert: chocolate coconut bar

Day 31 completely 100%. I am enjoying having some real food to eat each day although my stomach is saying otherwise. Seriously its like a butter churn after it gets fed properly!

Breakfast: chocolate and orange bar
Lunch: cherry and almond bar
Dinner: beef strips stirfried with mushrooms and broccoli (put far too many chilli flakes in it and blew my mouth off! either that or my taste buds have changed)
Dessert: chocolate and coconut bar
