Refeed - a little advice

Hello everyone.
I haven't been on here for a long time. Hope you are all okay.

I started my refeed yesterday. I've lost 7 stone 7 pounds so far.

But i was wondering if anyone knew when I could start eating pickled onions and pickled beetroot? Its all very low calorie, so I'm not sure if I can have it straight away or after a few days. Seems a silly thing to go all the way back to the pharmacy to ask them.

Anyway, any advice would be useful. Been craving pickled onions for months! :)

I really do not have a clue about the refeed, but i was only going to suggest ringing the pharmacy instead of going down there.. If not, perhaps try Lipotrim themselves...

I've decided to wait until day 4 to have my pickled onions. Day 4 seems to be the day you can anything that's healthy.

If you like tomatoes, I strongly suggest having them in your first salad, they're amazing!
