Day 25- daren't step on the scales the amount of alcohol I consumed last night at bbq, oh well, gin+slimline tonic shouldnt do that much damage, spoken with fingers crossed.
b-toast
l-sunday lunch-chicken, mash, broccoli, carrots, gravy
t-beans on toast
 
Well you deserve the odd blowout. Just as long as you get back on track you will be fine.
 
Day 26, I think lol
b-2 crumpets
l-pasta with chicken, tomatoes and spinach
t-homemade garlic chilli chicken and rice,yum!
 
Garlic chilli chicken sounds lush!! When are you going to start posting on the maintenance section?
 
Im still planning to go back to tfr after my summer hol in August to shift the remaining excess so figured Id stick on here till then, do more people post on maintenance section cos it's quite quiet on here?x

b-grilled bacon on muffin
l-ww tomato soup with 2 slices toast
t-homemade lasagne with salad, no garlic bread lol
 
Yeah, once they do a couple of weeks here they move over to maintenance section. After all you are maintaining phase one TFR losses very well through healthy eating, so in my opinion, post on maintenance and see how you go. You'll get more input on your thread there.
