I am 2st lighter than 7wks ago, a feat which took me 2 years with sw!
Refeed started today, as I still want to lose I am doing 2 shakes 1 meal this week and the refeed plan ie 1 shake 2 meals next week,my pharmacist agreed this.
Day 1-B-vanilla shake
L-choc shake
T-chicken in lemon garlic+pepper with salad of lettuce, onion, tomato and peppers.
Yum yum, washed down with a diet lemonade, tasted very sweet!
Stuffed now!
