    Hi all

I have done 12 weeks of eating nothing but lipotrim and lost 4 stone, I have just started my refeed and think I have decided on low gi diet from now on

I have ordered a book, but still waiting on it to come...

For the next two weeks I can only eat chicken White fish salad and veg... Just wondering is there any veg/salad I should steer clear of due to high gi values... I'm determined to include low gi rules in my refeed so I'm in the routine...

    Thanks xx

Well done on losing four stone. You must look and feel fab now. I took the same approach as you and tried to stick to GL foods on finishing tfr.
Veg wise choices are generally anything that grows above ground. So carrots and parsnips etc should be eaten in moderation. Al leafy veg is good and should make up half your plate. Instead of potato try using quinoa. On Gl, 3 baby potatos are a portion whilst you can have 40 g quinoa for the same GL value.
Use oat cakes or rrye crackers instead of bread.
    lots of luck
