Refocusing!!!

    Hi guys
    I've already lost a stone at sw. But was on a downwards spiral over and before Xmas so refocused after the new year!!
    Which paid off 3lb loss this week which is amazing I'm super pleased.
    I saw you guys chatting and supporting and thought I'd give it a go.

    So today started well green day
    Hexb shreddies
    Hexa semi s milk
    Jacket potato
    Cheese hexa
    Mayo 2syns
    Onion

    But then had Dominos for dinner :( so that's my treat a hugely synful treat so refocusing and will reduce tomorrow

    Gonna have another green

    Hexb shreddies
    Hexa milk
    Jacket pot
    Coleslaw 2.5syns
    Pasta
    Pasta sauce 1.5 syns
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower

    This means 4syns to help counteract tonight!!

    Anyone ever had a loss after a splurge?!

    Hi, on my first week I messed up one day due to it being new year eve and had to take a flexi day. I lost 1 pound that week.
    I am now on week 3 and have had a couple bad days this week. Not good :sigh:

    I hope you have managed to get back on track and did manage to achieve a loss x

    Hi well I weigh in tomorrow night so I'm a bit anxious now!!
    Bc it ended up being 3 uncertain days i mean I made the best choices I could had a big loss last week of 3lbs so hoping to loose 1 this week but I'm not convinced!!

    I think one day off track you can still work hard to sort the rest of the week out my biggest thing is once I think I've screwed the week up I struggle to get back on track!!!
