Today I walked into a meeting (5 mins late oops!) and was personally offered champagne, orange juice and cupcakes by the vice president. I politely declined and took my seat at the back of the room where I sat for an hour and a half within smelling distance of the above mentioned treats and still didn't cave!
The meeting has just finished and to get back to my desk I had to walk through the packed restaurant where people were tucking into the delicious smelling lunches. I took a deep breath, tasting the food in the air and continued walking.
Not bad for someone who has survived the day so far on half a bar due to running out of time :)
So that's a big woohoo for me and for Team Pink :)

That is great dietkitty hun...i am quite proud of u and of myself as i have resisted food since last friday hehe..:D i am also proud of every other pink member who hasn't caved into temptation yaaay see mark we sooo can doo it!!! :D

Oh no! I've just been asked to attend a meeting in the Midlands next week with a lunch AND a social function in the evening. I really need to be there from a job perspective. From a diet perspective I can't handle the 5.30am start, full-on day, rejecting a free lunch and being a party pooper in the evening. Not to mention giving up the delicious hotel breakfast the next morning! Ohhhh I really don't need this now :(

Well done Dietkitty!. Could you do the meeting and maybe have a couple of bars instead on that day???
I just nipped to Sainsburys with hubby and they had this meal for 4 pizza deal. I insisted I would be fine and not want any. The kids and hubby are currently sat in the dining room consuming and I'm sat here....... I'm sat here.......I'm sat here. I will resist, I am resisting...

well done diet kitty , you should be proud because it is hard , Why dont you give your self a treat that day and have a day off so you dont worry about it before hand and get back on it the day after and be 100% . Hope this helps you xx
