hi ,around 2yrs ago ,I got to target at sw
after while stopped going thought could do it solo before I knew it put most of it back on since then have tryed rc the weight losses only been steady . now got bored with it so thought do sw again
as had better losses etc. gonna start properly tomora got a mag gonna try the ee plan in it thought I would join you for extra inspiration eventually gonna pluck up the courage togo back to groupand get the full ee plan have got leaftets on it
in mags but there onlytasters arent they.It looks simlar to superxpress apart from ee only have 2 Hea's I HAD SOME GOOD losses with it .looking forward to anew start chat with you all soon lx:wavey::help2:
