Mon 11th Apr

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

L -Tomato and basil soup with oaty bread.

S -M&S fruit and nut flapjack and a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. (v.naughty but used up leftover ingredients)

D -Bean stew with cheddar mash.

Plus a few small bits of cake to see how they turned out!
 
Thu 14th April

B -A pear.

L -Minestrone verde soup and two slices of bread.

D -Five-veg lasagne and half a mini garlic bagette.

Plus a few mini lindor eggs.
 
Fri 15th Apr

B -A pear and muesli.

L -Minestrone verde soup and two slices of bread.

S -A banana.

D -Spagetti and meatballs.

And a whole bag of mini lindors! -Can you tell I have had a bad week?!
 
Sat 16th Apr

B -Half a grapefruit and two oatibix.

L -Tuna nicoise salad.

S -A tracker bar.

D -Bean cobbler.

Sun 17th Apr

B -Half a grapefruit and Special K honey clusters.

L -Tuna nicoise salad.

D -Tortellini soup.
 
Mon 18th Apr

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

S -A slice of toast and marmite.

L -NCG soup of the month and a slice of bread.

D -Tuna and mushroom pasta.
 
aaah, the dreaded marmite! I still haven't plucked up the courage to try it yet. I just have a feeling I'd hate it but I am curious lol

S -M&S dark chocolate and cherry cereal bar.

D -Beef stew and green beans.

B -Half a grapefruit and Special K honey clusters.

L -A slice of rye bread topped with curd cheese, smoked salmon and cucumber.

S -A few strawberries.

D -Seabass with a fennel and tomato gratin.

B -Half a grapefruit and two oatibix.

L -A slice of rye bread topped with curd cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

D -Lemon and mint salmon with roasted peppers and red onion and new potatoes.
 
Fri 22nd Apr

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.


L -A slice of rye bread topped with curd cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

S -A pear.

D -Broccoli lemon chicken with cashews and rice noodles.

S -WW mini choc ice-cream stick.
 
That's it, I'm giving myself the weekend off. I've been given a huge lindor easter egg and been to a BBQ today.

Easter is too difficult to avoid!
 
I know what you mean, just got off the phone to my mum and I'm seeing her tomorrow as she wants to give me my easter egg! I am sensing this is going to be a bad week...
 
Thanks for the support. I haven't even finished my easter chocolate yet, but I'm hoping I can be a bit more sensible and just have a little bit every now and then, rather than say the whole egg that I demolished on sunday!
I feel pretty awful though, after eating so healthily for awhile now, when I eat chocolate I really feel the effects.
However, easter may be over, but I also find the the warmer weather brings up a whole new minefield. As I usually only drink water, in the heat sometimes that just won't do, so this weekend I've also been drinking fresh juices and lemonade, which only adds extra calories and sugar. Oh and ice cream, I've had quite a few of those this weekend as well. And a picnic yesterday.
Oh well, today is a new day. I hope to get back on track and gain some more restraint. Especially as I have a good reason now, I'm bridesmaid for my sisters wedding in august.
 
Every season brings new temptations. At least you've noticed where the extra cals are creeping in etc so you can keep an eye on things.

Being your sister's bridesmaid is a very good reason to stick to it! I'm sure you'll look awesome :)

D -Pasta nicoise.
Toffee ice cream.
 
Sat 30th Apr

D -Onion tart with salad.

Sun 1st May

B -A pear, Special K honey clusters and a slice of toasted rye with marmite.

L -Warm spiced scallop salad.
Fruit salad.

D -Onion tart and salad.

Feeling so much better for eating healthier, it really does improve my mood and ups my energy levels.
