L -Soft cheese and cucumber rye bread sandwich.

D -Venison burger on a bun with potato wedges, coleslaw and ketchup.
 
Wed 4th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli with natural yogurt.

L -A slice of rye bread topped with soft cheese, hot smoked salmon, cucumber and rocket.

D -Homemade fish fingers, jersey royal potatoes, peas and ketchup.
 
Thu 5th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli with natural yogurt.

L -A slice of rye bread topped with soft cheese, hot smoked salmon and cucumber.

S -A pear.

D -Peking duck stir fried rice.


 
Fri 6th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli with natural yogurt.

L -A slice of rye bread, topped with soft cheese, hot smoked salmon and cucumber.

S -M&S chocolate and cherry cereal bar.

D -Broccoli and mushroom sweet chilli noodles.

Sat 7th May

S -A pear and a few handfuls of peanuts.

D -Pan-fried mackerel with pesto, lentils and beetroot.

L -Mixed bean salad and tuna.

D -Meatball pasta bake.
 
Mon 9th May

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

L -A slice of rye with hummus and cucumber.

S -Strawberries and a handful of cashew nuts.

D -Crab and pea linguine.

S -WW mini choc ice cream.
 
Tue 10th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli.

L -A slice of rye bread with hummus and cucumber.

S -Stawberries.

D -Meatballs and spagetti.

Wed 11th May

B -Half a grapefruit and Hot Oat Fruit Krumbly. A slice of rye bread toasted with light olive spread.

S -Go ahead apple bake bar.

L -Chicken caesar salad wrap. Magnum mini.

D -Sticky chicken with egg noodles. Magnum mini.

Had one of those days yesterday when I just wanted to eat and eat! Doing better today however, I'm glad that I've not continued to feel that way today.
 
i know what you mean i had that today. i had 4 ww blueberry&vanilla biscuits in a row. they are not small biscuits either. i just couldnt help myself.glad it was only yesyerday for you.

L -Hummus and carrot wrap.

S -Handful of mixed nuts.

D -Fresh mackerel with roasted mediterranean veg and potato salad.
 
Tue 17th May

B -Half a grapefruit and Hot Oat Krumbly.

L -Hummus and roasted veg wrap with potato salad.

D -Turkey stir fry.
 
Wed 18th May

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

S -A banana.

L -Chicken caesar wrap.

D -Broccoli and parmesan sauce gnocchi.
 
Thu 19th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli.

S -A banana.

L -Chicken caesar wrap.

S -A piece of apple cake.

D -Smoked salmon and mushroom tagliatelle. Mint chocolate gateaux slice.

(impossible to say no to the gateaux, it's my favourite dessert from Waitrose and when it's bought for you......
Wish I hadn't already had the apple cake today though!)
