Breakfast
2 rashers bacon, sliced mushrooms, 2 Morrisons syn free sossies, on 2 slices toast (hexb)
Mid morn snack
1 lemon muller mixed with cupful frozen summer fruits.
lunch
2 slices bread (hexb) filled with prawns and seafood sauce (5 syns)
Tea
1 morrisons lamb shank in minted gravy (free), cabbage, cauli, carrots and runner beans
1 merangue nest (3 syns) with fresh fruit and muller poured over
9pm
25g milky bar (7 syns)

Well that's my first entry! I only do red or EE days, as i'm not that fond of rice and pasta. I also try to get all my 5 fruit and veg in daily, as well as at least 3 speed foods.

Lasagne made with mince, peas, tinned toms, dried lasagne sheets, sauce made with 100ml milk allow (hexa), and 1oz sauce flour (5 syns) served with roast pots, parsnips and carrots

well, today was just awful, diet wise!
I was supposedly working a normal 8 hour shift today, but my boss rang me at 6:30 am to ask if I could do 2 hours overtime, as it was an emergency.
So I left the house at 7:45am and got home at 7:30pm! Was too busy to eat at work, and didn't fancy anything when I got home, either! So today's food diary look like this:-
