    Ok, so after going off track abit I'm starting off tomorrow seriously again! I'm on green and I'm still brestfeeding y 9 month old so I get 5 HEs and 15 syns.

    Here is my food diary for tomorrow - Friday 21/10/11

    Breakfast:
    Oat so simple (HE B)
    Skimmed Milk (HE A)
    Banana

    Lunch:
    Tomato & Herb Pasta n Sauce
    42g low fat cheddar (1 HE A)
    Salad
    Kellogg's fibre plus bar (1HE B)
    Diet Coke
    Tea
    Alpen light bar (3 syns)

    Dinner
    Quorn chilli & rice
    fat free natural yogurt
    half bottle wine! (oops) (13 syns)
