Remember if you like choccie there is always a 2 finger kit kat for 5.5 syns or a curly wurly for 6 syns leaving you at least another 9 each day. Tomato and basil soup is dead easy to make and free. Just cut up loads of tomatoes put them in a baking tray with torn up basil leaves a few garlic cloves, spray on some fry light and roast in the oven. Let them go a little bit charcoaled. Blitz them with a little vegetable stock and there you have it . . . Tomato soup.
 
An alpen light is *only* 3 syns ... you could easily syn it (you used 11 today, so you still have 4 free!), and have your B another way (eg bread with breakfast or lunch) :D

BrightonRose, I have a Curly Wurly sometimes, I had one tonight... I freeze them then they take longer to eat, lol. Thanks for telling me how to do the tomato soup, I'll try it out!

Angie, I never thought of synning the Alpen and having bread instead... if it doesn't get pointed out to me I don't see it, lol.

Breakfast.
2 x bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, baked beans, 1/2 can tinned tomatoes, mushrooms.

Lunch.
Jacket potato, 1 laughing cow light (1.5), 1/2 can of spaghetti.
ML yogurt.

Dinner.
Cottage pie, onion, carrots, peas, carrots, gravy (2.5)

Snacks.
ML yogurt, 2 x plums, satsuma, grapes.

Tonight (while the others are eating their popcorn, Revels, Maltesers, Planets, and Pepsi, I will have my Curly Wurly (6), and my 2 Alpen Bars, AND a caramel Jumbo (2.5)lol :D

Sandwich made with scraping of extra light mayo (.5, not even that!), lean ham, tomato. ML yogurt with chopped banana, grapes.

Dinner.
Tuna, pasta, sweetcorn, tbsp EL mayo (.5). SF jelly, ML yogurt, grapes.

Snacks.
Orange, 1 x plum.
Later - Curly Wurly (6), Alpen light bar (3), Hot Chocolate (2)

Batchelors savoury chicken rice, chicken leg.
SF jelly, ML yogurt.

Snacks.
Grapes. Mugshot (2.5), Mikado x 2(1), Snacka Jack BBQ jumbo (2)

Spag Bol (4) and the other half of the carton tomatoes.

2 x plums, grapes. Curly Wurly (6), Hot choc (2), Alpen Light Bar (3).
