    Extra Easy.

    HEA 250ml sweetened soya milk for teas.
    HEB Alpen light bar

    Breakfast.
    2 x bacon, 2 x whisked eggs fried in fry light, baked beans, mushrooms.

    Lunch.
    Chopped banana, kiwi, pear, grapes topped with VLF natural yogurt.

    Snack.
    Mullerlight Yogurt and sugar free jelly.

    Dinner.
    Spagetti bolognese.

    Syns.
    3 = 3rd jar Knorr Ragu bolognese sauce.
    1/2 = lean mince beef.
    2.5 Light Hot chocolate.
    1/2 SF jelly

    Snacks.
    Pear, grapes, ML yogurt.

    Lunch.
    Chicken leg, all skin removed, lettuce, tomato.
    ML yogurt, SF jelly.

    Dinner.
    Braised steak, boiled potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peas, brocolli, DUMPLINGS, gravy.

    Syns.
    1/2 SF jelly
    2.5 tbspn salad cream.
    6 dumplings.
    2.5 gravy.

    Am I doing ok??

    WEDNESDAY 24TH FEB.

    EE
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - ...nothing.

    Breakfast.
    2 x bacon, 1 egg, 1 tomato, baked beans, mushrooms, HASH BROWN!

    Lunch.
    Grapes, Banana, natural yogurt.

    Dinner.
    2 x quorn sausages, mash potatoes, baked beans.

    Snacks.
    ML yogurt.

    SYNS!
    Hash brown 3! Bite of cream cake 1.5. 2 x Milk Tray chocs 5. Slice of chocolate cake 15!!! Slice of Battenburg 8!!

    BAD DAY - other half's birthday so out for breakfast, and then cake and chocs later...... am a chocoholic.

    THURSDAY 25TH FEBRUARY.

    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Alpen light bar

    Breakfast.
    EE 2 x bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 tomato, baked beans, mushrooms.

    Lunch.
    Grapes, banana, ML yogurt.

    Dinner.
    Cod in butter sauce (5), peas, sweetcorn, SW chips.

    Snacks.
    Jumbo snack a jack (2.5), 2 x Mikado choc sticks (1). Banana, grapes, natural yogurt. BLOODY BATTENBURG (8), CHOCS 7.5!

    Syn total 24
    No more cake left now, good!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ham, chicken, baked beans, half wholemeal roll.

    1 Mikado stick .5

    Looks like a good start to me but make sure you have your two healthy extras every day. i would also make your lunches a little more substantial than just fruit and yogurt x

    Thank you BrightonRose.
    I think I'm going to start and have some jacket potatoes for lunch instead of the yogurt and fruit, although I do enjoy that, lol. I think I eat better when I'm at work, but that's only weekends, and I do seem to be having trouble fitting in my HEB.

    definately make sure you get your healthy extras in and did you realise that its 2 alpen lights for a HEXB?

    I would also make lunch a little more substantial (jacket potato, omlette, pasta salad etc)

    Otherwise it all looks great x

    Yeah I realise it's two Alpen bars, and even though I'm a sweet person more than a savoury I'm still finding it hard to have the two. I think I would rather have a bowl of bran flakes, but then I'd have to syn more milk lol.
    At work I had pasta for lunch. In the week I tend to have a cooked breakfast, so I thought that having an omelette for lunch would be over doing it on the eggs... I might have some jackets with spaghetti hoops this week, apparently they're free too, wooohooooo!!

    If you find 2 alpen lights too much why not have a hifi bar instead?
    or you could have ryvita topped with cottage cheese?
    and if you really struggle fitting it in you could use it for 1 tbsp olive oil to cook in x

    Do you like couscous? thats a great lunch mixed with whatever you fancy or chicken legs with the skin removed?

    I know what you mean about the eggs I do have to try and watch them myself as I too love a cooked breakfast lol

    No I don't like cous cous, I'm so fussy lol. I didn't think about the ryvita and cottage cheese, that's an idea. I only have the multigrain ones, but they'll have to do this week.

    You could always make your lunch into a big sandwich and use you hexB that way ot mixed in with some cold pasta or rice Well done on the weight loss xx

    Trouble is... I still like to have that one Alpen if not two, lol... there's no pleasing me is there?! lol. I need to buy a smaller loaf, I've just got the normal 800g ones. I know I could syn the other slice but my syns are precious to me for choccie!!! LOL!
    At the weekend I take pasta in Covent Garden Tomato/Basil soup, but then have to syn that soup, but I suppose I could have that in the week a couple of times as well. I'm not very adventurous in the kitchen I'm afraid... sigh.
