Hi Katie, yeah I had a can of chick peas in the cupboard so thought I'd have a crack at it! Just search for syn free hummus, there's lots of recipes around :)

Ooh very happy this morning, I got into, and comfortably did up some size 18 jeans, the same pair that I couldn't even get past my thighs a couple of months ago. Most of my 18's are getting baggy now but this damn pair from Asda were ridiculously on the small cut side. I also couldn't get my belt to do up before, now it's on the second notch! (and I can still breathe!) Onwards...

HURRAH! Lost 2lbs this morning so I got my 1 stone award! 1 stone in 6 weeks, I'm so chuffed. Also shared slimmer of the week, and got slimmer of the month as well! Very happy.:D
