Banana

Dinner (planned)
Quorn chilli

It's my birthday tomorrow and a mate has just popped round with a box of cadburys Heroes! One hero is 2.5 syns so I can have 2 before bed every day. Can I just have two though... Should be interesting!

Right, birthday today so things are gonna be a little different. Not counting syns today as I can't really get my head around what syns are worth so today I am calorie counting. According to fitday, to lose 1lb per week I can have 1500 calories, so that is what I am aiming to stay under today. I went out with my mum for lunch, had scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toast and I was very good in asking that they make the scrambled eggs without butter, they did that but covered the toast in butter! Oh well, at least I saved some calories somewhere!!

Breakfast
2 slices toast from 400g loaf
3 rashers bacon

snack:
3 cadburys heroes

lunch:
2 large slices of wholemeal toast
smoked salmon
scrambled egg

Snack:
tiny piece of small birthday cake (literally one mouthful)

Dinner:
Quorn chilli on its own

and now for the best part (budgeted)

4 vodka and diet cokes
3 cadburys heroes

I've estimated all that to be within 1500 calories, so all being well, won't jeopardise my weight loss. :innocent0001:

Okay that didn't go according to plan. Only had enough vodka for two drinks so had some more chocs instead. And my poorly rat died :(

Evening treat:
Crunchie bar 9.5 syns (my daughter bought it for me as a birthday pressie so it would have been rude not to eat it... )

Quorn chilli ( Quorn, garlic, tinned tomatoes, onions, chilli pepper and loads of spices)
Spaghetti
Feta cheese 2 syns

Snack (was still hungry!)
Another bowl of Quorn chilli
Cheestring 3 syns
Feta 2 syns

Total syns = 9

Thank you Katie, I'm a bit nervous this morning cos I had a lot of choc on my birthday! I was hoping for a 3lb loss to get my 1 stone shiny but that's not gonna happen now. As long as it goes down I'll be grateful! X
 
1lb down for me this week. A little disappointing but a loss is a loss! :)
 
I've just realised that I didn't drink a fraction of my usual water and I think it showed in my weight loss this week, I'll rectify that from today!

Still need to fit in 4 scan brans to complete my HEB, might use one or two to pad out my burgers, has anyone tried this? I don't particularly want to ruin my burgers!!

Hey

Did you make that hummus yourself? I love hummus and would like to try making it so I can dip veg in and stuff. Nice and healthy - good good! xx
