Brunch: SW scotch egg and beans then plum and orange

Dinner: Chicken drumsticks marinated in nadnos sweet chilli marinade 2syns, boiled rice with peas, mushrooms pepper and onion 2 teaspoons of chilli sauce 0.5 syns

Snacks, i havent had be HE/B so will have a hifi bar, and maybe some blueberries, orange and plum.

I have had a really bad day food wise, as i did not really eat much then when i did get the chance to sit down to eat, it was not the best choice in the world. I just had one of those days and i was not prepared for it.

WI in the morning, I have a difficult week ahead of me as i have a couple of meals out over this week and drinks thrown in too :xmascheers: I will not be at next weeks WI as I will be away. I will be making good use of flexi syns this week lol.
 
It has been a difficult few days with parties and meals out, i have made good use of flexi syns, I still have Sat night and Sunday and Monday to contend with before Christmas next week. I am just trying to eat as well as i can in-between the festivities lol.
