Ruth's EE Mission- With Pictures!

Yea I grow veg in my garden, so summer is perfect to go pick my salad ad cucumber and spinach and make lunch :)

I'm ok thanks but I've injured my back, not sure how, it's so painful and I can't exercise. It feels muscular so hopefully it wear off soon! Lost 4.5lbs last week which is my largest ever weight loss, so with that and no exercise this week, and TOTM I'm not expecting much Monday WI! It could be my first ever STS

I'm starting SW Monday tho woop!

Oh how lovely I would love to grow veg in my garden (if i had one!)
I hope your back gets better- have you tried Voltarol or a Heat Patch? I have a really bad back and they both keep me going!!!

That loss is amazing!!! Up your water intake to account for fluid retention and im sure you will have no problems at WI!

Yay for Monday- are you excited? Are you off to meetings or doing it alone?

I think I fell asleep after the last lot of adverts :( didn't record it so will have to catch up whenever it's repeated.
Yesterday was good thanks, just wish I could find something to help my hay fever, I feel dreadful :( but it's not stopping me from choosing the right foods, and I'm still doing over 2 hrs walking everyday so fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow. Eek!!

But gonna do it alone, I did ww online, my iPhone app kept me going!

Well I lost a pound again this week. Is that fab?? That's what I seem to be losing each week lol. What day do you weigh in???

It's still a loss!!! Well done you :)

I WI on Monday! However at the minute I'm not walking anywhere or anything so it's completely rubbish! I usually walk for at least 40 mins per day! I weigh tomorrow and it would be lovely to have lost something!

Well as expected just a pound off but didnt deserve to lose any more. Got to stay 100% till Saturday but husbands birthday and meal out so going to try and save some syns. Then get straight back to it Sunday.

Yes it is because I have done something to a ligament and it's also infected! So got antibiotics too :(

I can't let this stop me though! At least I'm not housebound anymore and I will be able to get to class on Monday!
