s&s August work out check in!

Yesterday I started on the cross trainer 4.1k. Tonight I'm going to make sure I add to this until I get nearer to 10k x x
 
Just beat my previous cross trainer count now have to beat 6.3k tomorrow. Thinking I'm going to regret this personal challenge somehow :sigh:

3 mile walk, and just did the shred. Contemplating yoga now too, but maybe I'll save it for tomorrow night. X
 
Only took me about 20mins I think. Couldn't walk when I got off though.

20mins on the power plate today it's Equivalent to 2hrs exercise apparently!!!
Only managed 3.1k on the cross trainer today.
 
Did day 1 of the shred. Hard but not as hard as I'd imagined it. 29 to go!

Been doing the cross trainer as my extra daily workouts.
last week in 5days I managed 21k
6days in this week and up to 32k :bliss:
Off to do some more later
