Decided to add my food diary, will hopefully get round to updating it as much as possible during the day to ensure it's as accurate as possible.

Sunday 3/8/08 Mix to Max - 2 syn free sausages, 2 eggs fried in fry light, 2 pork steaks, pear, cauliflower, broccoli, quorn mince shepherds pie, cheddar topping (hex), apple, sweetener, hifi bar (hex), bovril

Coffee, no added sugar vimto, diet lemonade, diet coke, semi skimmed milk (hex)

4 squares wholenut diary milk - 8 syns
packet of transform-a-snack crisps - 7 syns

thank you so much! it's taken me 18 weeks, i've not had a gain as yet but had a few weeks where I've maintained (and for no apparent reason), hopefully got the problem sorted - keep an eye on my threads to find out lol

I don't exercise much to be honest as I did a big stint at the gym and didn't get any results but have realised that I probably confused by body by changing virtually everything about on a daily basis.
My personal target is now 1lb a week so in 28 weeks time I should have lost an additional 2 stone - this is the minimum I expect to lose so 28 weeks should be the maximum time it takes to shift the next two stone - my calendar shows this to be my WI on Wednesday 18th Feb 09.
