Discover Sarah's Disney weight loss diary

Hi there everyone, I have decided to do a diet diary so I can look back at my losses. I started dieting with SW end of November and managed to loose 14lbs. However, the weight wasn't coming off, so I decided as of yesterday I was going to go back on the Discovery plan with WW.

MONDAY 6th FEB 2012

I woke up very postitive, and began the day very well. I hopped on the scales, which were telling me 14 stones 11.5lbs (207.5lbs)

BREAKFAST

Weetabix with 150ml of 1% milk 3.5

LUNCH

WW Beef hotpot 4.5
walkers crisps. 2
Special k bar. 1.5
WW cherry yoghurt. 1

DINNER

Bubble & squeak 2.5
Ham sandwich. 2.5

SNACKS

Milk 1% 200ml. 1.5
Options hot chocolate. 0.5
Cream Squirty(low fat). 0.5

Total points for day 1 was 20, 1 to carry over.
