Sarah's Food Diary - Red, Green & EE

Hiya Jo!

Im finding that I get a steady weight loss of 1-2lb a week on the EE diet. When I first started out I stuck to red/green days as thats all I knew but EE is totally amazing and hardly do any other days now :) Where in Essex you from BTW? I recently moved from Chelmsford.

Tuesday 3rd November (EE day)

Breakfast:
Apple and a banana.

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a packet of batchlors Savory Rice.

Dinner: Spagetti pasta with extra lean minces steak, onions, mushrooms and seasonings.

Snacks: 2 finger kitkat (5.5)

Total: 5.5 Syns

HEXA has been used in the form of milk for cups of tea.
 
Wednesday 4th November (EE day)

Breakfast:
Oat So Simple Porridge (HEXB) with semi-skimmed milk (HEXA).

Lunch: Jacket potato, baked beans and cherry tomatos.

Dinner: Chinese Takeaway - Boiled rice and chicken in black bean sauce (6 syns)

Snacks:

Total: 6 Syns
 
Thursday 5th November (EE day)

Breakfast:
2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB), apple and a banana.

Lunch:Tomato and herb Mugshot and 1/2 a honeydew melon.

Dinner: Turkey stir fry.

Snacks: Two packets of Scampi Fries - what a pig! (13 syns)

Friday 6th November (EE day)

Breakfast:
Apple and a banana.

Lunch: Small tesco Veggie Sushi pack (1 syn) and some low fat chicken and herb super noodles.

Dinner: Boiled rice with scrambled egg mixed in, duck breast (fat removed) and 1/4 of a jar of Asda Hoisin Sauce (3 .5 syns).

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a snack size milky stars (3.5)

Total: 8 Syns

Saturday 7th November (EE day)

Breakfast:
Bacon (fat removed), scrambled eggs and baked beans.

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB).

Dinner: Diet went MEGA downhill here :( I lost all will power at a BBQ/Firework party :( Gorged myself on southern fried chicken wings, chicken crispy bites, doughnuts, crisps and a glass of full fat Cola :(

Sunday 8th November 2009 (This is my attemp of a 'super free day')

Breakfast: Muller Light and a banana.

Lunch: Bowl of Quorn Chicken Style Peices with Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp's of Sainsburys half fat Creme Freche (3 syns)

Dinner:
2 slices of toasted brown Nimble (HEXB) with scrambled eggs and 1 tsbp of tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and 2 Mikado sticks (1 syn)

Total: 5 syns

Monday 9th November (EE day)

Breakfast:
Apple, banana and a Hartley no added sugar jelly pot (0.5 syns)

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble bread with chicken strips and cherry tomatos. Muller light.

Dinner: Chicken cut into chunks, mixed vegetables and pasta all mixed up with 3 tbsps of Creme freche (4.5 syns)

Breakfast:
Bananna and 2 Ryvita's (Speed HEXB) with Tesco Light Choices Natural Cottege Cheese.

Lunch: Batchlors Savory rice.

Dinner: 2 Tesco Light Choices Quarter Pounders (3 syns) with baked beans and SW chips.

Snacks:
Chicken Noodle Mugshot

Dinner: Frying steak (fat removed) with mixed veg and 1/4 of a sachet of Shwartz creamy pepper sauce (1.5 syns).

Snacks: 2 finger Kitkat (5.5)

Dinner: Pasta mixed with tuna, sweetcorn, cherry tomatos and 2 tbsps of creme freche (3 syns).

Snacks: 28g of Tesco Fruit and Fibre (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) and a packet of French Fries (4.5 syns)
