WI this morning and was back up to 11st (after a really bad weekend).

So I've got 2 stone to lose by September!

My plan for today is


9am - S&S bar
12pm - Asda Shake (just using up old stock)
3pm - S&S soup
7pm - 2 boiled eggs
9pm - Cup of tea using 150ml milk allowance
 
Just had the chicken soup.... not the best but was nice to have something warm.

Thanks Hun, I've put on so much since having a bad weekend - to think I was 10st 2 a couple of weeks ago now I'm back at the start again :(

Changed my evening meal to chicken and green beans.. Will have eggs tomorrow :)
 
Chicken is great for protein and green beans for fiber and vitamins. Good meal.

Its one of my fav meals even when I'm off the diet :)
 
I didn't take measurements this morning so i will do it tomorrow...
 
You'll be straight back there in a few weeks too hun!!

So far, so good with me.. litre of water down and one shake down :) really determined to get to goal/as close to as i can to have my tattoo finished! It'll be more like a reward then!

S - small amount of chicken (so I could take tablets)
L - S&S bar
S - S&S shake
D - 2 boiled eggs

I'm a little over on my protein today - but I have to take my antibiotics with food and had no bars left... I've just had my delivery and enjoyed the coconut bars :)

Actually, you're not... The Skinny Rules say divide your weight by 2 and that is the number of grams of protein you should have per day. By that rule, I'm almost always low.
