Grrrrrr last night was the 2nd night i didnt get out with the dog~its going to affect wi i know it, I think im going to have to do a bit of jogging tonight - will have paramedics on hand!!!

Only reason i aint been out is because of the rain the last couple of days and mia hasnt got a weather coat yet - now have one in order though!
Stephen has autism, thats why he needed a statement and more so because hes going to my villages local primary.

Ahhh i see! .. thanks for sharing ... my eldest son has ADHD and altho they kept saying he needed extra help etc they just wernt prepared to put in the leg work needed! .... anyway where he is now he had extra help at lunch times and during certain lessons! ...

Hiya paula and jax, im ok, been naughty and got on scales and have gained a good half pound. But im guessing this is because of the bbq on sat and for 2 days now havent got out with the dog cos of the poo weather. Saying that its sunny today and later when my kids are in bed im off out for a long walk and a bit of a jog! And being very carefull with points as have done all week.
