half a lb isnt too bad hun! could've been worse, we're having a bbq tonight, but with low fat EVERYTHING lol what fun! (not) don't overdo it too much when you have that jog hunni lol don't wana hurt yourself xx

Did i mention though that i am in the 16's, i was 2lb down saturday, now that half up so still going to be a loss this week which is fantastic!

i am so happy for you, you have no idea! so proud of you babe
 
can't wait! i'v finally figured out why im not losing too much weight, when i was told to eat very low fat they told me to stock up on eating carbs and starchy foods to stop the weight loss, but i forgot about that! so iv been eating lots of carbs, no wonder im not losing! so now im cutting down on the carbs and hopefully will now lose a bit more weight xx
 
Get more protein on you girl, wouldnt recommend salmon though as ts quite fatty, may be some chicken rice etc would be good?
 
yeah been having lots of chicken, as can't have red meat as not allowed lol, cant have eggs or dairy. so im quite limited and its hard to think of things to eat, and its pretty boring but its for my health so i have to put up with it. just had a ww pizza for lunch as thats low fat and was yummy! xxx

Hi Gem, Im fine thanks - hoping for a stress free day! The kids are grand as well ad im sure there going to be little buggers today! but they might surprise me and not fight over toys lol
 
They do look like angels and there not bad kids, but when its hot and there bored they make my day hellish!
