    Evening everyone!


    Week 1's WI last Thursday showed a 2.5lb loss.....excellent! :D

    Week 2's WI last night however showed a 5.5lb loss......OMG!!! :eek:
    So not only did I get my 1/2 stone certificate (8lb in total) last night, I also got SOTW! **chuffed** :eek::D;)

    My certificates have been placed on the fridge for motivation if I ever feel down.

    WI #3 tomorrow night.... The night before nerves are kicking in already!! :eek:

    Apart from a synned chinese takeaway with my parents on Saturday night, I've stuck 100% to plan and really have been "abusing" the superfree foods.

    I normally do EE, but yesterday for a "minor" change, I had a Green day.
    It made a nice change to have an extra HexB!

    Also so far this week I have been swimming twice, walking more and exercising on the Wii/Kinect, so considering I very seldom do any exercise at all, I believe this is a positive step towards aiding my weight loss?! ;)

    Just hope I have a loss again this week, else I will be rather disappointed after my extra hard work.

    6lbs to go for 1 stone award......

    3lb off for me this week! :D

    Also I got SOTW **AND** SOTM aswell!!! :eek::eek::)


    Just 3lb to go to get that stone certificate. I wonder if I can achieve that loss for next week and make it a stone loss in a month........ :rolleyes:
