Hey all

I miss my sauces very much so on SW, whether it's tomato ketchup or bolognese sauce..

I was just wondering if you could throw a few ideas at me - the sauce for pasta that I make.. a tin of tomatoes chopped, mustard powder and a bit of soy sauce... is there anything you can think of that I can add to it to make it better? Or anything equally easy?

Spag bol - super easy - free on extra easy!
Extra lean mince
Chopped tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Tomatoe puree
Mushrooms
Peppers
Oregano
Italian herbs
Tandoori powder
Chilli powder
Salt and pepper
Dry fry mince onion and garlic add peppers then mushrooms fry for a couple of mins
Add tomatoe puree then tomatoeS throw in herbs and spices I also add 1 or 2 oxo at this point mix together and simmer until mushrooms and peppers are soft
Serve with pasta!
Or its good on a jacket potato too or turn it into a pasta bake yum x
