Sawyer - To Pregnancy and Beyond!

Well done smashing your Iceland target :)
I'm glad to hear the doctors are optimistic about your chances of concieving, that's great news.

Huge well done to you!!!

I'm dreading weigh in tomorrow, have a stinker of a cold and went to the British super market today... Mistake as I just Buy all the stuff I miss from home which funny enough is never fruit or veg! Ha!

I'm going to try to make it last a while though.

Hope you have had a lovely Sunday lunch out and enjoyed the treat since you prepared so well for it!

Xx

Thank you everyone, I'm absolutely delighted! Also chuffed with my choices for lunch today even though the husband got the most beautiful burger and chips I've ever seen :p

January 17th 2016 - SUNDAY - annual leave

Well done on your good choices, but don't let SW dictate your life or you will feel deprived and end up falling off the wagon. I plan on having a no syns barred meal out at least once a month.

I know, I definitely need to calm down. I think I'm just so motivated now, I don't want to ruin it! I get so easily obsessed with something, I suppose I just need to learn to let go once in a while!

Well done on the choices. Again the consultant says sometimes its about making the best choice you can. I eat out alot as I travel for work. I've found in the UK just telling the waitress you are either on SW or need to keep to a low fat or cholesterol diet and to minimise the oil/butter can help. We went out to Harvester today and I told the waitress I was on SW after she said there was no jacket potato and did I want chips instead. So instead she went out of her way and got me salad without dressing and a side bowl of kale! I decided to have a little bit of dessert and asked for the ice cream sundae without wafer or sauce or cream. She came back with a few scoops of icecream and a few pieces of brownie. probably about half the dessert but it was just right in terms of size and syns! Well maybe a bit over but I find if I share with my husband I tend to have more than half!
Thanks for the info on the blood tests. very interesting. I was just worried about turning up and them saying to lose more weight before even helping. I am 37 and this is not good for fertility straight off the bat.

No they would definitely do tests, especially since you're over 35. The weight loss would be a recommendation but by no means a condition of testing!

Been craving crisps ALL night long! Finally cracked while watching the last episode of The Affair. I am peckish and don't like to go to bed on an empty stomach

Chose some 4 syn Walkers Pops so not over weekly limit!

It's that time again! Night shift for the next 2 nights  so need to plan my food well so I don't starve to death at 3am!
