I went to the doctors today and they took my weight as 96kg, but I checked with my scales when I got home and they say i'm over 103kg  I have the scales on my bathroom floor when I weigh and it seems a level surface.

Just confused about which one to believe since there is like a stone difference  Would be nicer if I was a stone lighter than I thought lol :p Don't really want to buy any new scales, as I can't really afford it atm.

If youre going to the doctors Id put my own scales away and forget about them. Different scales CAN weigh differently, its very common. Ultimately though so long as they show the same loss thats the main thing but I definitely think youre better forgetting about your home ones

    Thanks :)

I didn't go to the doctors about my weight, so going to have to keep going with my own scales. It's showing the loss quite well, just got me confused a bit seeing the big difference lol. As long as I see numbers going down I should fine with these scales :p

If youre not going to the docs for your weight just stick with your own, just remember if you go back to the docs and get weighed that there will be a discrepancy ;)
