Second week in and a new start!

Hi all

I'm very new to SW and loving it so far. Well loving the thought of it anyway as I kind of messed up my first week and only lost 1lb (this was due to FAR too much alcohol consumption over the weekend!).

Anyway - starting afresh this week and thought I would post my food diary thus far to see what you think:

Monday -

Breakfast: Mullerlight (Orange)

Lunch: Tuna Salad (American Style) - Tuna, fat free natural yoghurt, onion, celery & 2 low fat rice cakes (3 syns)

Dinner: SW Spaghetti Bolognaise (I know there is a 1/3 plate rule but tried to bulk my spag bol out with veggies so hoping this will work too?)

Snacks: Mullerlight Vanilla, 2 x 25ml vodka with slimline tonic (5 syns), 1 x HiFi Lite (2.5 syns)

HE A: 30g Cheddar
HE B: 2 x HiFi Lite Bars

Syns total: 10.5


Tuesday -

Breakfast: 2 Boiled Eggs, 2 slices of wholegrain bread (HE B)

Lunch: 2 x Low fat rice cakes (3 syns), 60g Low Low (HE A), tuna, fat free natural yoghurt

Dinner: 2 x Quorn sticky fillets, jacket potato, salad, 25g Low Low (2.5 Syns), Fry Lite balsamic spray

Snacks: Mullerlite orange, 2 x 25ml vodka with slimline tonic (5 syns)

Syns Total: 10.5


Please let me know any tips/tricks - really quite new to this and still not into a routine so any advice would be much welcome.


Here's to losing 4 stone (gulp)!!!!
