Seems too good to be true

Eaten today:

Bfast - Banana & cup tea (milk - HEX A)

Lunch - SW quiche (peppers, butternut squash, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, chives)

Snack - blueberries, quark, sweetner

Tea - Cheese & onion pie (pot, leeks, eggs, stock cube, onions, 84g low fat Cathedral light) - 2 x HEX B

Half Wispa bar - 5.5 syns

Loved every bit of food today & doesn't feel like a diet at all. or Have i got this wrong.
 
Added to that at supper i had some syn free rice pudding (milk from HEX A, sweetner, water & cinnamon
 
Hi it looks ok, I take it that was a green day? As long as youre eating until youre full and eating when hungry youre doing fine.
 
This is my 5th week but my meals have been so boring so trying to add variety but so worried bout getting it wrong.

1st wk - I lost 5.5lbs
2nd wk - STS
3rd Wk - lost 3lbs
4th wk - lost 0.5 (but was TOTM so hoping better wi this wek)
WI on Tue morning
