Sexy For Xmas!

Water, water, water!
Hey, all!

Today is my second day on S&S and I am HUNGRY! That's why I'm doing this diary... to distract myself for now! :p

So, hello, I'm S. Thanks to loads of binge eating I've gone from a happy 12 stones to a very, very uncomfortable 15.7 stones.

I decided I simply HAD to nip it in the bud before I ballooned even further.

My goal is to be back at 12 stones 0lbs for Xmas, that would be really, really, reeeeeally nice! :D

I'd love to buy myself a nice Xmas outfit and just feel comfortable in it.

Ultimately I'd like to get to 9 stones 0 lbs, then refeed, hoping to even out around 9 stones 7 lbs, hopefully by March, but no real rush on that part.
 
Oh, day 1 was fine!

I didn't enjoy the mild curry very much, a bit bitter.

Drank loads of water and the day flew by. Easy peasy! :)
 
Day 2:

The Spag Bol is delicious (!!!), I think this is going to be a staple in my S&S journey!

Really hungry today so I've been drinking lots of water & rooibos tea. My tummy is grumbling like mad & I feel a wee bit spaced out but I'm pushing through! :)
 
Hi hun

Welcome on board :) The hunger will pass so so fast I promise!! Keep busy & hydrated, have lot of little nibbles it helps at the start - cut up veg, dr pepper zero, a shake as pudding etc.

Space things out and you will feel a bit better

You will be at your first goal in no time at all hunny xxx

I feel really positive about this - I think once the hunger goes this will be plain sailing! :D
 
Day three and the hunger will be gonee!! ..Keep drinking plenty, 3ltr minimum. You will be over that hill soon :)
 
Good luck on your journey hun. If we both stick with it, we will be a good 3-4stones lighter. Y Christmas.

Day 3: SO HUNGRY! Feeling a bit sick & have a horrible headache that won't go away but I'm hoping it'll go away soon.

Drinking loads & spreading my packs out. Starving, finding it so hard not to eat right now but just have to stay on track!

You can do it hun, think of Christmas and a lovely dress/ outfit in size 14.
Paint your nails or read a good book or trail Internet for clothes! I do a lot of window shopping on Internet. N think thin!

I've just had my third pack (Chilli) but I've been drinking loads of rooibos tea to try and calm my stomach. :)
 
Day 4: Feel so awful, had a major headache through the night and barely slept. Sooooo tired & headache still not gone... No painkillers even touching it! :(

Plenty of water and make yourself a nice protein meal when your feeling upto it

Day 5: I got my PERIOD :(

Ooft. This almost always happens when I start a diet, total kick in the bum, thanks body.... NOT!

I weighed myself out of curiosity and I haven't lost a thing, I know it's just water/period weight but.... you know what... at least I haven't gained... :)

I don't have too much of a headache today but I am having quite bad period cramps, but I always do.

I'm actually not too bothered if I weigh-in on Thurs & haven't lost anything due to my period. I know it'll come off, and I feel like I should be focusing more on just adjusting to the diet on this first week rather than my weight. I know that if I get through this week and get into ketosis then I can keep going and continue to lose throughout these coming months. :) :) :)
 
Periods are the pits on plan. Take it easy, dose up, keep plenty of your favourite drinks about, cut up veggies Xx
