    Well today im back on track so i will add a daily food diary (when i can) so i know people are looking at what i troff on!! :eek:

    Points Allowance = 22

    Breakfast

    Porridge - 2

    Lunch

    Jacket Potato 210g - 2.5
    Crab meat 120g - 3
    Light Mayo - 1
    Salad - 0

    Tea

    Chicken Hotpot (WW) - 4.5
    Veg - 0

    Snacks & Drinks

    WW Victoria Sponge Cake - 1.5
    Sugar Free Squash - 0
    Yoghurt - 0.5
    Apple - 0.5
    Light Cheese Triangles + Ryvita x2 - 2
    Crisps (low fat ones!!) - 1.5


    Total 14.5/22

    Well i had a lousy weekend food wise and on Sunday i ate 45.5 points!!! I had a good weekend though :8855:

    Lunch

    Fridge Raiders - 2.5
    Blueberries - 0.5
    Plum - 0.5
    Apple - 0.5
    Satsumas - 0.5

    Tea
    Salmon - 3.5
    Veg - 0
    Potatoes - 2.5

    Snacks & Drinks

    WW Victoria Sponge Cake - 1.5
    Sugar Free Squash - 0
    Pepsi Max - 0
    Bread - 1
    Butter - 1
    Crisps (low fat) - 1.5

    Exercise
    Running 30 mins - 2

    Total = 18/22
