Friday 14th May (EE)

Breakfast:

Lunch:

SW quiche (lean ham, onions, leeks, yellow pepper, chives, Eat smart sausages (2 syns - 1/2 syn per portion), paprika, salt, pepper, 4 eggs, vlf natural cottage cheese)
Salad

Supper:

Pork chop
Hoisin and Spring Onion sauce (3 syns)
Jacket potato

Saturday 15th May (EE)

Chicken breast stuffed with babybel light and wrapped in smoked bacon (HexA)

2 small slices of wholemeal bread (HexB)

Supper:

Slimming world chips
Salad

Roast chicken (skin removed)



Total syns: Far too much alcohol was drunk, so I probably used all my syns for the week in one night :(
 
Sunday 16th May (EE)

Well I have a big fat hangover today :( so eating is the last thing on my mind. Woe is me, lol! Why do so many people have birthdays in May and June?! :)

The omelette sounds yummy - I have become a fan of omelettes since starting this diet!

Hi to anyone that reads this! Well the day started off very well, with a 3.5lb weight loss, yay!!! So I've reached my 1 stone award, woooo!! I can treat myself to a new Trollbead now, lovely jubbly :)

Bad, bad, bad!! I'm estimating about 20 syns in total :( But it's not a regular occurence so I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'll just cut down a little bit for the rest of the week, as Friday is the first day of my syns allowance!

Well yet another bad day yesterday :( I need to start drinking something other than pints. Hmmm...think I'm going to flexi syn this weekend, and have a fresh start tomorrow :)
