Monday 31st May (EE)

After the binge at the weekend I'm now working on 8 syns per day - fingers crossed! :D

Breakfast:

Cherries

Lunch:

SW bolognese (1/3 superfree)
Spiralli pasta

Supper:

SW quiche - eggs, leeks, onions, red pepper, beansprouts, 8 Morrisons Eat Smart sausages (1 syn per portion), cottage cheese, soy sauce, paprika, salt, pepper
Salad with grated cheese (HexA)
Beetroot
2 tbsp EL salad cream (2 syns)
New potatoes

Snacks:

Kelloggs fibre plus bar (HexB)

Wednesday 2nd June (EE)

Breakfast:

None - very naughty, but had a very long lie-in today, lol!

Lunch:

SW quiche (1 syn)
Cheese and bovril sandwich (HexA + HexB + 1 syn for EL Flora)
1 tbsp of tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Supper:

SW scotch egg (2 syns for sausages)
Egg fried rice
1/3 green beans

Snacks:

An apple
Fruit salad - nectarine, strawberries, blueberries, melon, pineapple
Mullerlight
Lemon & lime sugar free jelly

Thursday 3rd June (EE)

Supper (might change!):

Saturday 5th June (Green)

Well, after my poor weigh loss this week (0.5lb :cry:) I decided it was time to shake things up a bit! I'm going to try having 2 or 3 Green days this week...fingers crossed it gets the weight shifting! :)

Breakfast:

None - very naughty of me, but just didn't feel hungry this morning

Lunch:

57g wholemeal roll (HexB1)
EL Flora (1 syn)
Bovril
2 x Babybel light (2/3 HexA1)
Tomatoes

Supper:

Pasta
85g EL soft cheese with onion and chives (HexB2)
80ml milk (1/3 HexA1)
Red onions, mushrooms, sweetcorn
Quorn sausages (surprisingly yummy!!) :)
Salt + pepper
28g parmesan grated (HexA2)

Snacks:

Strawberries, pineapple



Total syns: 15

So impressed with myself! Went out for a few drinks and only had 14 syns worth of alcohol, so I managed to stay within my 15 syns! :D Yay!!

Sunday 6th June (EE)

Back to EE for the next couple of days as it fits in better with the food I need to use up! Will have another Green day later in the week! :)

Lunch:

Roast chicken dinner - chicken, new potatoes, carrots, green beans, 142ml gravy (2.5 syns)
Redcurrant jelly (1 syn)

Supper:

Leftover pasta from last night (3 syns for EL soft cheese)

Thursday 10th June (Green)

Well I've had a really busy day today! I didn't get time to have my lunch until nearly 4 :( So I don't want any supper tonight. Meh! WI tomorrow morning, and after my sneaky peek this morning I'm not hopeful of a loss. Pesky * week and crappy inability to lose a decent amount of weight over the last couple of weeks :( Even tried varying my days this week to see if that helps. Hmmm...jury's out on that one!

Breakfast:

Friday 11th June (EE)

Well I started off the day with another 0.5lb loss. Bit disappointing to say the least considering I've been good this week. Maybe * week is affecting me for longer than expected. I dunno! Anyways, I started off on a Green day today, but swapped to EE this afternoon as I wanted chicken stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon for supper. Nom nom!

Breakfast:

Shape 0% yoghurt
Pineapple
Melon

Lunch:

Veggie risotto (contained 1/3 superfree)
42g reduced fat cheddar (HexA)

Supper:

Salad - lettuce, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber
Chicken stuffed with 2 laughing cow EL triangles (2 syns) wrapped in bacon

2 tbsp of EL salad cream (2 syns)

Ooh Sian your menu has just inspired me - I'd forgot all about Risottos on Green Days! On my last Green Day I really struggled to think of what to eat (which is odd as I did 99% Green when I did SW last time round).
Will have to get myself some Arborio Rice...

I do think that's the beauty of having the 3 different plans - and taking the time to understand them all - because some days its more advantageous to do one rather than the other. I started off today thinking I'd do EE, but having reviewed what I wanted to have, realised I'd be much better off doing Red... My bf is going to give the plan a go after the World Cup.. I fear it may take some time to get him to understand it!! :D
 
Hiya hun! It is nice having the option of 3 different plans. I don't think I could see myself doing many red days, as I'd struggle without carbs, lol! :)

Hopefully your bf will get the hang of it quickly, and he's got you to guide him which will make it easier :)

A HUGE salad - lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, spring onions, sliced apple
2 boiled eggs
Chicken breast stuffed with 2 EL laughing cow triangles (1/3 HexA) and wrapped in bacon

Supper:

Chicken and sweetcorn soup (chinese style)
