Sunday 13th June (EE)

Breakfast:

An apple and a banana

Lunch:

Syn free chicken and sweetcorn soup
2 x wholemeal bread (HexB)
An apple

Supper:

Pork and smoked paprika ragu - contains mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, chopped tomatoes and passata as my 1/3 superfree
Penne

Snacks:

37g bag of maltesers (9.5 syns)

Monday 14th June (EE)

Breakfast:

None as I overslept and didn't have time once I finally got to work! :(

Lunch:

Syn free chicken and sweetcorn soup

Supper:

Egg, chip, pepper and red onion bake (a small one just for me! :))
Cherry tomatoes
3 x weight watchers sausages (1.5 syns) - best low syn sausages by far! :D

Snacks:

Mullerlight
3 x mini chocolate meringues (4.5 syns)

Tuesday 15th June (EE)

Lunch:

Penne with pork ragu (contanis 1/3 superfree)

Supper:

Tuna, sweetcorn and spring onion fishcakes - they were a bit dry, so maybe I need to add some milk next time :)

2 WW sausages (1 syn)

Friday 18th June (EE)

I've been so busy the last couple of days I haven't had chance to write in my food diary. Shocking! Well I lost 6lb this week, yay! :D It makes up for the disappointing (for me) losses the last couple of weeks :)

Sauteed potatoes

Saturday 19th June (EE)

Well I've woken up with a stomach bug today, so my stomach feels grotty :( I'm trying to keep it plain today. I'm finding it difficult to get my 1/3 superfree so far today as I really can't face lots of fruit and veg :(

None as I overslept AGAIN!!! :( Third monday in a row, and I was asleep early all weekend. My brain really doesn't cope well with the whole Monday issue!

Friday 25th June (EE)

After being really busy this week and feeling really unmotivated I've decided it's time to start writing in my food diary again. I STS this week, which I'm convinced is because of eating more bread. Anybody else find that bread stops them losing weight even when used as a Hex or synned? I'm going to cut it out next week and see what happens :)

I ate at a friend's house tonight so I'm not sure of the syns on a couple of things so I've guesstimated (probably a bit high to be honest):

Onion and chive cottage cheese (free)
A boiled egg
Small spoonful each of a couscous salad (~4 syns) and mixed bean salad (~4 syns)
28g mature cheddar (HexA)

Snacks:
