Sian's EE food diary - here goes!

Isn't it an amazing feeling of conquering the unconquerable when you only have a teeny amount of syns one day? Especially when you think back to how many syns you ate in one go when you didn't know what syns were! Or is that just me? ...:eek:

Why thank you hun! It was about the most respectable of the photos from my night out on Sat, and it showed the offending pink item off to a T! :D

It's been quite strange the last couple of days...I just don't seem to have needed more syns. Good thing after the blowout at the weekend! :eek: I agree with you about it being an amazing feeling to conquer the unconquerable!

You're doing so well with your weight loss hun, you must feel fab! :)

Reporting in with a 3lb loss this week, woooooo! :bliss: Considering my off-plan weekend I was very surprised! :)

Course you can hun! I don't really have a recipe for it though as I just chuck things in :)

I cook onions until they're soft, adding chopped peppers and mushrooms when the onions are about half cooked. Brown pork mince and add to the veg mixture. I then add 1 can of chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, some sweetener to take away the acidity of the tomatoes, a good splash of worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar, 1 beef stock cube, about 1 tsp of garlic granules (you could use fresh garlic instead though) and about 2 tbsp of smoked paprika (again, you could use less or more, but I don't like things spicy!) Top it up with enough water to cover it and then cook until the sauce has reduced to the consistency you want.

I don't think I've missed anything out, lol! :D

As for Alan...no, I haven't heard from him, so I'm actually quite p***ed off!!! I don't like being snubbed! :flamingmad:
