Anyway keep up the good work!!

Hope the move goes smoothly xx

Thanks hun! I really don't have any secrets as to how to lose weight. My weight loss is very random! I either lose nothing/very little, or a big amount! It's the week after * week though, so a lot of it was probably water :) I'm sure if you stick with it hun you'll end up with a big loss too, but 2lb is very respectable. That's what the docs tell us we should lose :) xxx

Hi dudette, I was just wondering that as you are doing the EE plan, do you follow the 1/3 superfree food on the plate thingamajiggy? I don't but I keep seeing references to it on the forum. When I was at class about 5 months ago my consultant never felt the need to mention this, she said it wasn't necessary in losing weight. What do you think about it? xx

Hiya hun! I do try to follow the 1/3 superfree rule...mainly because if I didn't I'd just stuff myself full of all the free food and probably gain weight! It's hard at times though, as sometimes I just can't be bothered :) Some days I just try to average it out over the day...so as long as I have plenty of fruit throughout the day I don't think it matters so much if I don't fancy any superfree with my meal. Maybe if you didn't fancy all the superfree food you could try doing some red or green days? The 1/3 superfree rule doesn't seem to apply to those two plans :) xx

hiya sian, how are you? :) your menus sound lovely!! do you have a recipe for your pork and paprika ragu? xx

Hiya! thank you hun :) I don't actually have a recipe for it, but I brown off pork mince, then add onions (usually white, but red are also lovely), mushrooms (pre-fried in frylight), a tin of tomatoes, peppers, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, red oxo cube, salt, pepper, garlic granules (to taste) and about 2 large tbsp of smoked paprika! Also some water or passata just to top it up as I allow it cook for about an hour :) xxx
