Wednesday 28th July (EE)

Breakfast:

Banana
Ryvita minis (HexB)

Lunch:

Beef tomato stuffed with some savoury rice and 21g RF cheddar (1/2 HexA)
2 WW sausages (1 syn)
Cherry tomatoes

Supper:

Jacket potato topped with pork and paprika ragu
Sauteed mushrooms
Salad
1 tbsp light choices balsamic dressing (0.5 syns)

Snacks:

Apple
Tesco light choices lemon drizzle cake slice (3.5 syns)

Jacket potato with tuna, sweetcorn, paprika and spring onion (2 syns)

1 tbsp EL salad cream (1 syn)

Supper:

SW egg fried rice with beansprouts
Stir fried veggies - carrot, pepper, mushrooms and red onion in 1/2 a sachet of chow mein sauce (2.5 syns)
Chicken breast stuffed with EL laughing cow triangles and wrapped in bacon (1/3 HexA)
Few homemade mini pork balls (going to allow 6 syns)

Snacks:

Well I'm reporting in with a 2lb loss this week! I was so surprised, as right up until yesterday morning the scales were showing a 0.5lb loss!! :D

Breakfast:

Banana
1 alpen light (1/2 HexB)

Lunch:

Tuna, sweetcorn, spring onion and mayo (2 syns)
Salad of lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, peppers, cucumber and apple
Strawberry cheesecake mullerlight (1 syn)

Supper:

Pasta with broccoli, mushrooms, red onions, bacon and prawns with 3 melted EL laughing cow triangles and 14g of parmesan (HexA)
Tesco light choices lemon drizzle cake slice (3.5 syns)

Snacks:

1 alpen light (1/2 HexB)
Mullerlight
Mikados (6.5 syns)

Saturday and Sunday (31st July - 1st August)

Well, it was a bit of a mess up of a weekend...we went to visit my aunty on Saturday, so ended up having food out, and went out for a few drinks in the evening, so I've guesstimated about 50 syns for Sat. We then went to Harvester on Sunday on the way to visit my dad in hospital, so probably about 8 syns by my calculations. Which leaves me with 32 syns from today to Thursday :)

Here's today's menu:

Monday 2nd August (EE)

Breakfast:

Strawberries
Yoghurt

Lunch:

4 x sesame ryvitas (HexB)
Cottage cheese
Cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and pepper sticks

Supper:

SW bolognese (I'm playing hunt the meat with my bolognese ;))
Spaghetti
28g parmesan (HexA)

Snacks:

Banana
Apple
Velvet crunch crisps (4 syns - very yummy!)
Tesco light choices lemon drizzle cake slice (3.5 syns)

I've just made some SW scotch eggs, but instead of the cous cous I used last time, I've wrapped them in bacon. They look yummy!! Only 2 syns each - fab! :D I'm going to have one for supper tonight, lush!

50g primula light (2/3 HexA) - very yummy, and finally found the stuff, wooo! :)

Well I've got a night out on the cards tonight with a couple of the girlies from school who I haven't seen in a while. No doubt it will involve a meal and lots of alcohol, so I'm going to have a flexi syn night, and then try to dance my ass off like a fiend! :D Lots of body magic for me tonight (makes a change :8855:)
