Hi all,
After falling off the wagon in my first week last night
I thought it was time to start a food diary.
Breakfast:
Fresh melon and pineapple (bear in mind I didn't get up til nearly 11 - it was a heavy night in Swansea!)
Lunch:
2 small slices wholemeal bread toast (HexB)
Scraping of countrylife spreadable butter (3.5 syns)
Co-op reduced fat brussels pate (1 syn)
Morrisons Chicken and sweetcorn cup a soup with croutons (5 syns)
2 babybel light (part of HexA)
Big salad with mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, 1 tbsp Co-op reduced fat Thousand Island dressing (1 syn) - never again, yuk!
Snacks:
Packet of Walkers builder's breakfast crisps (6.5 syns)
Co-op freshly squeezed orange juice ice lolly (2 syns)
Melon
Pineapple
Supper:
Chicken breast coated in a small amount of flour and paprika, cooked in a bit of olive oil and butter (approx 5 syns)
Peas
Butternut squash bacon risotto from the EE cook book (free on EE)
Tiny amount of reduced fat cheddar grated (rest of HexA)
Dessert:
Strawberries
Pineapple
Grapes
Fat free fromage frais with sweetener
Wow!! That's loads and loads of food
If anyone can help me with the syns values for the ones I don't know I'd be grateful, but I'm sure it's well over 15, eeeeks!
